The North Shore Striders are proud to have one of their own as this year's recipient of the Phil Quinn Award. His dedication to our sport is eveident in his 18 years of road racing, marathoning and ultra marathoning and he has sat on the board of the Mill Cities Relay for the last 10-plus years.

This year alone, he has volunteered his time as a consultant and timer for several local events. Helping the Ipswich YMCA be part of this years' worlds largest run and helping middle school boys and girls with the timing of their cross country races. Everywhere you turn in the North Shore, he was there helping another road race get off the gound.

Always with a curtious and proffessional manner and always the first to arrive and the last to leave. Without further ado, I would like to introduce you to this years' Phil Quinn Award winner . .
