- Dave
C. would like to email a MCR newsletter 4-5 times per year to members in
participating clubs, as the Relay is not being promoted adequately on some

like the committee to take over this responsibility. He suggested a raffle prize in exchange
for an email addresses, or possibly have the clubs supply an email
list. This will be discussed more
at future meetings.
- Again,
the idea of a social get together was discussed to encourage involvement.
- This
was the last meeting before this year’s relay. A wrap-up meeting will be scheduled for sometime in late
January.
